Yoshi's Island Watermelon
Watermelons[1][2], also referred to as green watermelons, are normal watermelons found in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, its remake Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3, its sequel Yoshi's New Island, and Yoshi's Woolly World. If Yoshi swallows the watermelon, Yoshi can spit up to 30 seeds. Ukikis have many watermelons, some half-eaten, which they use to spit seeds at Yoshi; if Yoshi grabs one of these, they will only give Yoshi 10 seeds to spit. The seeds have the same effect on enemies as an egg. Yoshi and a Bandit duel with spitting watermelon seeds at one another in the Mini Battle Game, Watermelon Seed Spitting Contest. Whoever spits the most watermelon seeds at one another until one's HP runs out as shown on the HP bar wins the minigame. The Super Green Watermelon[3]Special Item is available in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3, and which gives Yoshi as many as 90 seeds. The All-you-can-eat watermelon![2]Power Badge in Yoshi's Woolly World automatically places a watermelon in Yoshi's mouth, allowing him to have its ability at nearly any point.

Yoshi's Island Music
Throwing Balloons is a Mini Battle from Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and its remake Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3. In it, a Yoshi has a contest with a Bandit to see who can win a combination between Hot Potato and Simon Says, tossing a slowly expanding balloon back and forth until it pops on the loser. The player must push the right buttons to throw the balloon back to the Bandit, and the Bandit will do the same. The player and the Bandit both have a set time limit in which they have to enter the buttons. If the player or the Bandit don't press all the buttons given, or make a mistake, the timer will restart again. There are three modes, the four-button mode, a five-button mode in the GBA version and the six-button mode. Also, if the player accesses the Mini Battle menu from the World Map (only in the SNES version), they can play a multiplayer version of the game, in which the second player will control the Bandit. If Yoshi wins, he will get an item, two extra lives or three extra lives. Description[edit]
